Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases once the download has begun or the product has been accessed. However, we consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing the content despite meeting all system requirements

Refund Window

Requests for refunds on digital products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. For digital products that have not been downloaded or accessed, we may extend this period to 30 days at our discretion.

Proof of Issue

When requesting a refund for a defective digital product, we may ask you to provide evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or error messages, to help us verify and resolve the problem.

2. Subscription Services

Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds for Subscriptions

We handle subscription refunds as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: We generally do not provide refunds for partially used monthly subscription periods. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription if you cancel within 30 days of payment.
  • Free Trial Conversions: If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be applied. If you cancel after a free trial has converted to a paid subscription, our standard subscription refund policy applies.

Automatic Renewals

Our subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them before the renewal date. We will send you a reminder email before charging your payment method for the renewal. If you wish to avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Physical Products

Return Eligibility

Physical products purchased from WLNAUR Gaming Nexus may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Return Process

To return a physical product:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials and include your return authorization information
  4. Ship the item using a traceable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • If the return meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method
  • The refund will include the cost of the product and any applicable taxes
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 2-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. We may request photos of the damaged item to process your claim.

4. Events and Workshops

Cancellation by Customer

For events, workshops, and webinars, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 30+ days before event: Full refund or transfer to another event
  • 15-29 days before event: 50% refund or full transfer to another event
  • 0-14 days before event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or receive access to event recordings if available

Cancellation by WLNAUR Gaming Nexus

If we cancel an event or workshop, you will receive either:

  • A full refund of your registration fee
  • The option to transfer to a rescheduled event or another upcoming event
  • Access to a recorded version of the event, if applicable

Please note that we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred in relation to a canceled event.

Virtual Events

For virtual events and webinars, if you experience technical difficulties that prevent your participation, we may offer you access to a recording of the event or the opportunity to attend a future session at our discretion.

5. Custom Services

Consultations and Custom Work

For custom services, such as consulting or custom content creation, the following refund policies apply:

  • Deposits: Deposits for custom work are generally non-refundable as they secure our resources for your project
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project in progress, we will invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to meet your expectations for all custom work. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement. If we cannot meet your requirements after reasonable revision attempts, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Revision Requests

Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your service agreement, typically within 14 days of receiving the deliverable. Revision requests should clearly outline the specific changes needed and must fall within the original scope of work.

6. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the product or service for which you're requesting a refund
  3. Provide a clear explanation of why you're seeking a refund
  4. Include any relevant documentation, such as screenshots of errors or photos of damaged products

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded directly to the card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account
  • Alternative Payment Methods: For other payment methods, we may issue a store credit if a direct refund is not possible

Processing Time

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days of approval. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Promotional Items and Gifts

Items received as part of a promotion, bundle, or as a free gift may not be eligible for a refund or may affect the refund value of the bundle they were part of.

Account Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have a refund request outside of our standard policy due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us with details of your situation, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who appear to be abusing our refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and returning products or services, or making excessive refund claims.

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in the European Union, UK, or other regions with consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights that cannot be limited by this policy.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital content where download or streaming has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you would lose your right of withdrawal
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Services that have been fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was complete

UK Customers

Customers located in the United Kingdom have similar rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us within the 14-day period and return any physical goods within 14 days of notifying us.
